A Unique Health Care Leadership Development Experience

Julia and her colleagues Bev Simpson and Judith Skelton-Green from Videre Leadership, designed and facilitated an inter-professional Health Leaders Institute for clinicians and teams at the Hospital for Sick Children in August, 2008.

Leadership Development Programs

Julia is currently designing a leadership development program for a large community teaching hospital to support and enable achievement of corporate strategic priorities.
